What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage a high-volume switchboard and direct incoming calls
Verify guest identity, sign in visitors, and notify staff of arrivals
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
Maintain office organization, supplies, and overall cleanliness
Provide administrative support including typing letters and memos
Coordinate with vendors to ensure office equipment is operational
Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues (phones, copiers, etc.)
Support management and assist with special projects as needed
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
