Front Desk Receptionist

Work Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first person to greet everyone to our community. While everyday will vary, a typical day in this position would include helping answer calls and directing them as needed; greeting all who walk through our doors and welcoming them to the community; requesting maintenance for residents in need; requesting assistance for residents with the healthcare department; transferring phone calls and assisting residents at the front desk.

Requirements

• Provide 6 months to a year of administrative and/customer service experience.

• Professional demeanor when speaking on the phone and addressing residents, family members, staff, and general public.

• Pass a Live Scan background check.

• Ability to multitask: As the receptionist you will be assisting in-person as well as juggling multiple phone calls, sometimes all at once. Your ability to maintain professionalism and a positive approachable persona will be vital.
