Front Desk Receptionist (FT) - Total Healthcare Partners

Front Desk Receptionist needed full time for a multi-physician family practice clinic in Yukon, OK

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude
• Answering multiple phone lines 
• Check patients in/out and schedule follow up appointments
• Obtain accurate demographics
• Collect co-pays/balances
• Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Medical office experience preferred with knowledge of insurance. 
• Must be comfortable in collecting co-pays, deductibles & balances. 
• Good phone etiquette and customer services skills.
• EHR experience preferred but not required. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED)
