Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist needed full time for orthopedic surgeon in South OKC
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Check patients in/out and schedule follow up appointments
- Obtain accurate demographics
- Collect co-pays/balances
- Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Medical office experience preferred with knowledge of insurance.
- Must be comfortable in collecting co-pays, deductibles & balances.
- Good phone etiquette and customer services skills.
- EHR experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED)
