Hawaii Endoscopy Center is looking for a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join the team!

What You Will Do (Job Summary):
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians, vendors and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect balances due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. Assist with chart prep and other business office duties necessary. Coordinating with office on scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage. May be asked to float to other locations for staff coverage. MUST be reliable, dedicated, personable, professional and have a strong attention to detail.
This is a Part-Time position. It requires 20 - 29 hours per week.
Monday-Friday work schedule. Some Saturday work hours depending on center needs
NO call required, NO Nights
Starting pay range is $17 - $25 per hour based on experience.
