What You'll Do

• Manage communications through a PBX switchboard, handling interoffice and house calls
• Greet and direct visitors while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Distribute guest room keys and log calls, materials, and visitor information accurately
• Monitor safety and security systems and respond appropriately in emergency situations
• Coordinate with nursing, security, and emergency services as needed
• Perform administrative support tasks to assist other departments

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions
• Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
• Ability to work effectively with residents, team members, and visitors
• Ability to produce a negative drug test required
