Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system is recommended. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required. Job duties include but are not limited to greetings customers, nurturing patient relationships, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating effectively with physicians and staff, assisting with insurance eligibility, and obtaining authorizations.

Applicant should be able to:
Greet patients in an engaging manner
Answer phones effectively
Nurture the patient relationship to encourage patient retention
Schedule new and follow-up appointments
Check insurance eligibility and discuss the cost of service
Obtain insurance authorizations
Coordinate appropriate patient care
Communicate effectively with the physicians and staff
Data Entry

QualificationsRequirements
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Basic knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
Minimum 2 years of hospitality, sales, customer service, or related work experience
Experience working in a medical office is preferred
Bilingual Spanish-English skills preferred
Ability to handle patient's concerns positively and proactively
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
