Front Desk Concierge Services (Morris County, NJ)

We are seeking dedicated, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team in Morris Plains, NJ. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining property awareness and ensuring a secure, welcoming environment.

This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and customer service. We are actively hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call positions with immediate availability.

Open Schedules

• Full-Time (40 hrs/week):
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMThursday - Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-Time (24 hrs/week):
• Friday, Sunday, Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• On-Call / Floater Coverage:
• Flexible availability across 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm), or 3rd (11pm-7am) shifts, Monday through Sunday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with check-in processes and general inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring property entrances and enforcing site access policies.
• Operate a company golf cart to navigate and monitor property grounds as needed.
• Provide basic incident reporting and first aid assistance when required.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Golf Cart: Ability to operate a golf cart on site required.
• Language: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, concierge, hospitality, or security role preferred (not required, we will train the right candidates).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, personable demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Location: Reliable transportation to Morris Plains, NJ (living near the location is a plus).

• Top: Neutral-colored button-up shirt or polo (Black or White).
• Pants: Dark-colored dress pants or slacks.
• Footwear: Professional, neutral-colored dress shoes.
