ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Marblehead, Ohio.

What you’ll do: 

The Front Desk Clerk position supports staff as assigned and possesses excellent customer service skills at Bay Point Resort and Marina in Marblehead, Ohio.  

Your job will include: 

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner promptly. 

• Organize and maintain electronic files per company procedures manual. 

• Assist with company sponsored activities. 

• Attend and participate in training programs as required. 

• Handle inquiries by telephone and email promptly. 

• Prioritize phone calls to the appropriate staff. 

• Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions. 

• Process annual contracts including entry into property management system, accounts receivable, and entries into multiple systems. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area. 

• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned while assisting with general administrative support as requested.

• Work closely as a team member that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company. 

Experience & skills you need: 

• High school diploma, or the equivalent experience. 

• 1+ year of office experience. 

• Strong communications and organizational skills. 

• Meticulous attention to detail. 

• Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems. 

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
