NOW HIRING A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE IN ENOLA, PA!

***This role is 100% in office Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm***

Overview:

The Retail Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs.

Day to Day:

- Greet and assist both walk-in and scheduled customers

- Schedule appointments via phone and in-person, using probing questions to understand customer needs.

- Answer basic inquiries related to health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services.

- Process member information and documentation

- Accept and process payments

- Collaborate with sales representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (customer-facing is a plus)

- Microsoft Office Knowledge

- Experience with a CRM

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-volume, in-person interactions with professionalism.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Enola, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
