Schedule: Monday-Friday
2 shifts available, morning and evening shift
Admin Assistant / Front Desk
- Greet parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls and respond to enrollment and program inquiries.
- Maintain accurate student attendance
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and family-friendly.
- Paper printing, laminating etc.
- Availability to open and close the school.
- Other job responsibilities based on school's requirements as assigned by the Director
Requirement
- English speaking is required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical Demands
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching, lifting, and carrying; ability to lift 50 pounds.
