What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service
Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system
Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals
Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date
Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 + years of medical office experience
Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone etiquette
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bonus)
Knowledge of Athena and/or WebPT a plus
