Part-Time Counter Associate
Mr. Pot Pie – East Aurora, NY

Mr. Pot Pie is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our East Aurora location. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we expand our store with our new 716 Bagel Co. concept in the coming months.

Position Details

Responsibilities

  •  Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude. 
  •  Assist customers with selecting pot pies, soups, baked goods, and other products. 
  •  Operate the Square point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions. 
  •  Package products neatly and efficiently. 
  •  Prepare coffee and beverages as needed. 
  •  Keep displays stocked, clean, and attractive throughout the day. 
  •  Maintain a clean dining area, front counter, and workstations. 
  •  Help receive and stock deliveries. 
  •  Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. 
  •  Assist with opening and closing duties. 
  •  As the store expands, learn bagel preparation, sandwich assembly, and additional food service responsibilities. 

Qualifications

  •  Friendly, positive personality with excellent customer service skills. 
  •  Reliable, punctual, and dependable. 
  •  Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 
  •  Retail or food service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. 
  •  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
