Freelance CRO Specialist – Conversion & Experimentation NAM

We already support 200+ clients across 15 countries with a team of 70+ experts from 13 nationalities, across Europe and North America — and we keep growing.

We’re now building out our CRO function and looking for a Freelance CRO Specialist – Conversion & Experimentation to help us improve how our landing pages and lead-capture journeys perform at scale.

Scale: take conversion concepts we’ve already validated and test their ability to perform across more clients, verticals and markets.

Explore: identify new conversion opportunities, turn them into clear hypotheses and run experiments to validate or invalidate them.

Both tracks have the same goal: reach a conclusion backed by data and turn every experiment — successful or not — into a learning the wider team can reuse.

Because the CRO function is still young, your work won’t just impact conversion rates today. You’ll also help shape the experimentation methodology we can scale across 200+ clients.

Freelance / Independent Contractor — fully remote

You’ll work with an international team, so English is our working language and regular overlap with European working hours will be required.

Your missions:

• Scale proven concepts. Turn ideas already validated on our best-performing landing pages and surveys into structured experiments across more clients, verticals and geographies.

• Identify new opportunities. Analyse funnel performance, spot conversion leaks and turn your observations into clear, measurable hypotheses.

• Build and launch experiments. Define what changes, why we expect an impact and what success looks like, then launch A/B tests using our internal tools in collaboration with design, tech and paid media.

• Use data to prioritise. Work with Looker and funnel data to identify where experiments can create the most value, from traffic to page, page to survey start, and survey start to qualified lead.

• Measure and conclude. Assess results against both conversion and lead quality. We’re paid per qualified lead, so a CVR win that damages lead quality is a loss.

• Own experiments end-to-end. Coordinate with the relevant teams, keep blockers visible and drive each test from hypothesis through to conclusion.

• Document and share learnings. Report on experiment results and business impact, and turn wins and losses into reusable learnings for our CRO playbook.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, experimentation, growth, digital marketing or web analytics

• Experience designing, running and concluding A/B tests yourself — and able to walk us through both a successful experiment and one that failed

• Comfortable working with funnel data, conversion rates, volumes and experimentation fundamentals such as sample size, confidence and test duration

• Able to manage several experiments in parallel with strong organisation and documentation

• Comfortable looking beyond form completion and evaluating the downstream value and quality of a lead

• Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Google Workspace — especially Sheets — and project management tools such as ClickUp

• Curious about consumer behaviour and the full marketing funnel

• Highly autonomous, structured and comfortable prioritising work independently

• Fluent in English

  Nice to have: landing page design or build experience, experience in lead generation or paid media, French or Spanish.
