Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Romulus, MI 48174Salary Range: $18.00 HourlyWe are seeking full time experienced Forklift Operators with engine rack handling experience to join our team. This role requires the ability to safely operate a forklift while handling and stacking automotive racks using proper alignment techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility
Load, unload, and transport automotive parts and racks
Stack and align engine racks using guide pins (rack-to-rack alignment required)
Ensure racks are properly positioned, secured, and stable
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
MUST have experience stacking and aligning racks with pins (engine rack / dunnage / returnable container experience)
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality is REQUIRED
Ability to lift, push, and maneuver materials as needed
Must be able to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
