Job Details: Job Location: LifeCare Alliance - Harmon Avenue - Columbus , OH, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $15.00Hourly, Job Purpose:
- This position is responsible for performing work in an assigned area of the distribution kitchen or packaging facility at LIFECARE ALLIANCE. As a Food Service Worker at Harmon Kitchen, you will play a key role in ensuring that meals are prepared, packaged, and sorted correctly for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Package meals and sort them in bags or coolers according to route or site order.
- Visually check meals for completeness to make sure everything's there.
- Use departmental packaging procedures to keep meals looking attractive and neat.
- Work with a team to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications: Required Education:
- High school degree or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Experience in a kitchen or packaging facility
- Ability to perform tasks in an assigned area efficiently

Preferred Experience:
- 6 months food service experience

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to package meals and sort them in bags or coolers according to route or site order
- Attention to detail to ensure meals are complete and visually appealing
- Familiarity with departmental packaging procedures to keep meals neat and attractive
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others
