Job Details: Job Location: 4220 Villa LGA Food Hall LLC Dos Toros - Flushing, NY, Salary Range: $21.25 - $26.80Hourly, Villa Restaurant Group is hiring energetic and dependable Food Service Workers to join our quick-service restaurant teams at LaGuardia Airport. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent guest service, and being part of a team, we would love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take guest orders and accurately process payments.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Work across different stations, including cashier, food preparation, grill, expo, dishwashing, and guest support.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures.
Assist team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience during every interaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management.
What You’ll Need
Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
Reliable transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport.
Ability to successfully complete all required airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
Must meet all applicable age and work authorization requirements.
