Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.

-Recognizes guess immediately with a friendly, courteous greeting and informs them of daily specials, soup of the day, etc. Also acts as a “walking information center”.

 -Assists guests with menu and beverage selection, demonstrating salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.

 -Notifies supervisor, manager, or line chef of any food products that are not properly prepared.

 -Ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responsiveness to guest complaints.

 -Maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation and safety.

-Anticipates, identifies, and provides for guest needs.

-Performs inventories and other duties as assigned.

-Performs tableside cooking, salad entrées, desserts and presents, opens and pours wines

BRING US YOUR BEST.

Familiarity with food, beverage, and wine service.

Knowledge of table service procedures and table etiquette.

Excellent customer service skills.

Stable work history required.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through two years’ food serving experience in a full service restaurant.
