Market Broiler History
The Market Broiler Restaurant brand was launched in Riverside, CA in 1989. The flagship restaurant has earned the coveted Best for Seafood crown for over three decades and is recognized as the The Best Restaurant in Riverside by the readers of the Riverside Press-Enterprise.
Since first opening our doors, six additional Market Broiler/MB Grille locations have been opened throughout California. The Fremont and Huntington Beach locations have been designed with a casual neighborhood feel, while our locations in Orange, Ontario, Simi Valley, and Torrance reveal larger, higher traffic versions of Market Broiler with an entertainment vibe
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food Servers who posses a heart for hospitality and an eagerness to interact with our guest to showcase your food service knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

Hourly Rate: $18.05 plus tips
Requirement:
1 year of previous Serving experience in a full service restaurant

ABOUT MARKET BROILER:
Market Broiler rose from the tradition of California seafood landmarks dating back to the 1950's. It's a casual, comfortable, moderately-priced, full-service, restaurant where fresh fish and seafood are prepared by award winning chefs. The key to its presentation is the fresh fish market, where all fish being served is on display.
In addition to 18 unique fish offering daily, entrees of fresh chicken or aged beef as well as signature salads and pasta are offered. The food is flavorful and portions are generous. Our popular sourdough bread is served warm at your table as a part of the meal.
ABOUT MB GRILLE:
Our Fresh New Concept. Along with a new upgraded Dock-to-Dish menu, we have extended the Bar area, added 16 Draft Beer handles, elevated the Wine List, modernized our hand-crafted Cocktails, and enclosed an area for large parties to reserve for Private Dining.
Additionally, we have enhanced our Happy Hour, and Late Night Bar offerings, created new made-in-house scrumptious Desserts, and retrained our staff to perfect our Polished Casual Service.
