Job Details: Job Location: Martin City Brewing Company at Lenexa - LENEXA, KS, Salary Range: $12.00 - $22.00Hourly, Job Description:

Order Delivery: Expedite and deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and presentable manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet presentation standards.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests professionally and warmly, answering basic questions about the menu and addressing any immediate needs.
Table Maintenance: Assist in keeping the dining area and service stations organized, clean, and stocked. Remove used dishes and refresh table settings quickly.
Support Team Operations: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate order timing, support servers during peak times, and maintain an efficient service flow.
Quality Control: Perform final checks on food items before they reach guests, ensuring all specifications, modifications, and presentation requirements are met.
Safety and Cleanliness: Follow health and safety regulations in all tasks, keeping high cleanliness standards in all work areas.

Qualifications: Job Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
Teamwork: Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly with kitchen and serving staff.
