About the Role:Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for an energetic and dependable Food Runner to join our team! You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience by keeping the floor moving and guests happy. If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun sports grill environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the correct tables
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Verify food orders match tickets before delivering to guests
- Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing plates and refilling drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
- Support the team during high-volume rushes, especially during game days and peak hours
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sports bar/grill setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
