ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow all recipe and prepare according to business needs
Daily set up of food service line, drink station and prep area
Regulate production and package side items and desserts
Prepare and stock line with appropriate side items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience

Food Handler Certificate required.

Ability to read and follow recipe

A year of prep or cooking experience required.

Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must often lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Regular use of commercial kitchen equipment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
