The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
  

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering food & beverages to guests across the resort property while providing prompt, friendly service and accurate order handling. Maintain delivery vehicles process payments, assist with food preparation and cleaning duties, and support overall outlet operations in compliance with all policies and standards. 

This is a full or part time position with morning, night, and weekend availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

• Deliver food and beverages to guests at various locations throughout the resort in a timely and professional manner.
• Take guest orders in person and over the phone, accurately preparing and organizing deliveries.
• Process all guest transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charge payments, and maintain an accurate cash bank.
• Operate, maintain, and keep delivery vehicles clean, fueled, and free of snow or debris; report maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service as needed based on business levels.
• Stock supplies and goods used during the shift and ensure work areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties, including dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, window cleaning, and trash removal.
• Support other outlet positions as needed, including cook, busser, host, and dishwasher.
• Uphold all department standards and comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
