What You'll Do:
• Lead restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory costs
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain food quality, safety, and brand standards
• Build strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years leadership experience in Food & Beverage
• Hotel experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and operational expertise
