Food and Beverage Cook I

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare items according to recipes and guidelines
• Rotate stock
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized
• Ensure product quality
• Prepare and serve items in a timely manner
• Conduct food temperature checks and complete reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 17 years old
• Excellent communication skills
• One year of cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipment
• Must have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
