Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP interested in providing interim coverage to an employee/family based, onsite clinic.
Details:
- Nov 2-Dec 17
- Hours: Mon & Weds - 8a-4:30p, Tues - 9a-7p, Thurs - 8a-12p (additional dates Sat, 11/14, 12/12 8a-12p)
- Open to submitting for partial availability
Scope:
- Primary Care to employees/family ages 6+
- Occ Med experience helpful, but not required
- Workers Comp Experience (i.e. work injury, return to work, managing documentation)
- Women's Health Experience : Required
- Health Center Staffing Model : 2 MD, 2 MA; (1 MD leaving 11/5 and NP role to backfill; additional part-time MA role open)
- DEA
Pay:
- $90 per hour
- Paid Malpractice
- Paid shadow and module training
Requirements
- Must have active NJ licensure
- 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
- DEA
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Clean Background
