Job Details: Job Location: Colby, KS - Colby, KS, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Floor Hand – Drilling Rig

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Floor Hand to join our drilling crew. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive position that requires travel, overtime, and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist with rig-up, rig-down, and drilling operations. 
Handle drill pipe and rig equipment. 
Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs. 
Keep work areas clean and safe. 
Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings. 

 Qualifications: Qualifications

Oilfield or drilling experience preferred. 
Kelly Drive Rig experience preferred. 
Basic mechanical knowledge. 
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. 
Must be willing to travel and work overtime. 
Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus. 
Must pass required pre-employment screening.
