About the Role:Join our vibrant team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Liberty Township as a Float/Lead! This exciting role offers the opportunity to support daily operations while leading a passionate team dedicated to creating the finest cakes in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality product standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train new employees on cake preparation and customer service practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations.
- Support the management team in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.
- Participate in special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
