What You'll Do
- Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
- Position is part time to start, with move to full time (if desired) as we grow
Who You Are
- No personal training certification is required (but a plus if you have one)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Like being a part of a team
