With an individual fulfilling the responsibilities of the Fitness Specialist, positive outcomes in one’s can be achieved.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Schedule and promote fitness programs to increase member participation.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals through instruction, training, assessment, developing training plans, and motivation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Associate's Degree Exercise/Health related field
• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Exercise/Health Related Field Required
• National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) – Incident Command System (ICS) 300, 400 - Emergency Management Institute (FEMA)
• First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
