Position SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join the team at YogaSix Downers Grove! The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for members and prospective clients, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-studio experience while driving membership sales and supporting daily studio operations. This role blends sales, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth

•  Conduct studio tours and present membership options to prospective clients 
•  Build relationships and follow up with leads to convert into members 
•  Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals 
•  Promote retail, events, and special offers 

Client Experience

•  Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming presence 
•  Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally 
•  Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio environment 

Operations & Studio Support

•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, lobby, and equipment 
•  Assist with opening and closing procedures 
•  Support instructors and team members to ensure smooth class flow 

Administrative Duties

•  Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly 
•  Process memberships, retail purchases, and transactions accurately 
•  Keep client profiles and notes up to date in CRM systems 

Qualifications

•  Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique retail preferred)
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics 
•  Highly organized with attention to detail 
•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
•  Passion for health, wellness, or yoga is a plus
