POSITION:

Be the face of YogaSix! The Front Desk Sales Associate drives membership sales, supports member retention, and delivers exceptional customer service. You'll help members choose classes, answer membership questions, assist with retail purchases, and create a welcoming community for every guest who walks through our doors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing the sale
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to grow the community
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment
