Do you enjoy working hands-on with people and helping them move, perform, and feel better?Stretch Zone El Paso East is looking for motivated, personable professionals to join our practitioner team.At Stretch Zone, we’re redefining what it means to work in bodywork, mobility, and recovery. Our practitioners use a proprietary assisted-stretching method and patented equipment to help members improve mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and overall quality of movement.We provide paid, in-house training and Stretch Zone certification, giving you the opportunity to apply your knowledge of anatomy and human movement in a hands-on environment while developing additional professional skills.
What You BringWe strongly prefer candidates with education, coursework, certification, or professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Physical Therapy / Physical Therapist Assistant
• Kinesiology
• Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology
• Athletic Training
• Sports Medicine
• Strength & Conditioning
• Personal Training
• Massage Therapy / Bodywork
• Occupational Therapy
• Other related health, fitness, rehabilitation, or human-movement fields

A completed degree is not required. Current students and recent graduates in these fields are encouraged to apply.We're looking for candidates who:

• Have a strong understanding or interest in anatomy, movement, mobility, and proper body mechanics
• Are comfortable working hands-on and one-on-one with members
• Have a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, recovery, and helping people feel their best
• Are professional, energetic, personable, and able to build relationships
• Are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Can successfully complete Stretch Zone's in-person and online certification program
• Have dependable transportation

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols and patented equipment
• Evaluate individual member needs and select appropriate stretching routines based on Stretch Zone training
• Help members work toward improved mobility, flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement
• Build strong relationships with members and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Educate, encourage, and motivate members throughout their Stretch Zone experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Support member engagement and retention
• Participate in community events and outreach activities that help grow the studio
• Complete all required Stretch Zone in-person and online training and certification
• Work collaboratively with the studio manager and practitioner team
