No prior stretching experience is required. We provide paid training and certification through Stretch Zone's nationally recognized practitioner-assisted stretching program.

What You'll Do

•  Deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions 
•  Educate members on mobility, flexibility, and wellness benefits 
•  Create an exceptional member experience during every visit 
•  Track member progress and complete session notes 
•  Build strong relationships with members 
•  Support studio cleanliness and organization 
•  Participate in ongoing training and team development 
•  Assist with member retention through outstanding service 
• Convert introductory stretches into memberships 
•  Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM 
• Manage daily lead assignments 
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and prospect records

•  Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or helping others 
•  Friendly and outgoing personality

Preferred Experience

Experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in:

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to stand for extended periods 
•  Ability to safely perform assisted stretching techniques 
•  Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
