FITNESS FACILITY ATTENDANT

Job Details: Job Location: FARMINGTON COUNTRY CLUB - CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00Hourly, Job Category: Customer Service, This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the Fitness Operations team as a Fitness Facility Attendant. The Fitness Facility Attendant will ensure a quality experience for members and guests. This is a part-time position, and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience related to the fields of health, fitness, and sports operations and management.

Position Responsibilities:

Diligent monitoring of fitness areas to ensure safety of members and guests
Regular assessment of safety of equipment and environment
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency
Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests within scheduled time frames
Meticulous cleaning of assigned areas and equipment
Strong initiative to provide basic fitness equipment identification and overview to members and guests
