StarFit Studio is looking for passionate fitness coaches and personal trainers to join our team at our Arlington studio.

We're looking for energetic, experienced coaches who love leading groups, connecting with clients, and helping women get stronger, feel confident, and achieve their goals.

About the Role

Our trainers work with clients through a combination of small group training, personal training, and semi-private training, creating an experience that is personal, supportive, and results-driven.

We're looking for coaches who are professional, dependable, and genuinely care about the people they coach.

This is currently a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time position as your schedule and the studio grow.

What You'll Do

Coaching & Client Experience

• Lead high-energy, results-driven small group training sessions aligned with StarFit programming and coaching standards
• Provide personal and semi-private training tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and needs
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment for every client
• Build strong relationships with members and make clients feel known, encouraged, and supported
• Coach proper form and technique while providing appropriate modifications and progressions
• Help clients stay accountable and motivated toward their goals
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through the door
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
• Represent the StarFit brand with professionalism and positivity

Experience & Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (or equivalent education)
• 1+ year of personal training and/or group fitness coaching experience preferred
• Experience coaching group fitness is a plus
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable using basic scheduling and training software
• Experience working with women 40+ is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Expectations

• Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time
• Ideally available for 10+ hours per week
• Opportunities for early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend sessions
• Reliable availability and punctuality are essential
• Ability to consistently commit to agreed-upon shifts and sessions
• Additional coaching opportunities may become available as the studio grows

Compensation

• $30 per small group training class
• $40 per personal training session
• Up to $70/hour for semi-private training

StarFit Studio operates multiple Northern Virginia locations in Arlington, Alexandria, and Vienna, with continued growth planned throughout the region.
