Position OverviewOTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $55 per session

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA- (Proctored Exam), or NCCA accredited equivalent) or have one in progress. 
• CPR/AED Certification or willing to obtain one.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others and are PASSIONATE about what they do. Be eager to learn, take initiative, and be COACHABLE. You'll be expected to do more than deliver the workout. You will deliver an EXPERIENCE and conduct yourself as a true fitness professional.
