Position OverviewOTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $45 to $105 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. 
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

About Orangetheory Fitness

• Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness. 

We are hiring for our locations in the Financial District, East 39th Street, Upper East Side 86th Street. Please be aware that you will be expected to coach or travel to any of these 3 studios when continuing on in the hiring process.
