Position OverviewOTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
We Offer:
- Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $75 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.
- Cash Incentives: Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.
- Direct Career Track: Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.

Requirements
- We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
- We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
