What You'll Do

Install Systems: Safely install residential (CPVC/plastic) and commercial (steel) fire sprinkler systems.
Read Plans: Interpret blueprints, construction plans, and layouts accurately.
Build & Troubleshoot: Install, modify, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler piping networks according to NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D standards.
Own the Jobsite: Work independently while maintaining high productivity and clean craftsmanship.
Communicate: Represent Symons professionally when talking with builders, inspectors, and jobsite superintendents.

Compensation

$21.25 – $35.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

QualificationsWhat You'll Need (Job Requirements)

Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on fire sprinkler installation or construction trade experience with a proven ability to read blueprints  
Credentials:
Current OSHA 10 Card (or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment)
Able to obtain Blaze Master Installation Training Card (or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment). 
Core Skills: Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English for jobsite safety instructions), reliable attendance, and basic familiarity using mobile devices for field tracking.
Driving: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (needed to operate company vehicles).
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the workday; safely operate hand and power tools; and distinguish colors for accurate system component identification.
Work Environment: Comfortable working on active residential and commercial construction sites, which includes exposure to outdoor weather, loud noise levels, working at heights/ladders, and moving mechanical equipment.
