Finish Assistant

!st Shift - 7:00AM - 3:00PM

Hourly Rate is based on experience​ and will be discussed during the initial phone screen

This role supports press and finishing operations by performing quality checks, packaging finished product, assisting operators, and helping maintain a safe and organized production environment.

• Perform quality checks on finished materials during production
• Pack completed bags and pouches into shipping boxes
• Assemble boxes for finished product packaging
• Apply informational and identification labels to boxes for shipment
• Move finished materials to the packing area
• Assist operators and production team members as needed
• Follow plant safety procedures, report safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team production environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
• Mechanical aptitude to assist in equipment changeovers
• Ability to lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
