About Keith Mays - Regional Director of The Carolinas: Keith considers himself the luckiest man alive, blessed with a beautiful family of four children, including a 12-year-old son and 10-year-old triplet girls. The Role of Financial Representative: As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team.

• This position is compensated through commissions and performance-based incentives. Based on historical results, representatives may earn approximately $97,000–$192,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
