How You'll Make an Impact

As a Finance Manager, you'll help customers navigate the final stage of their vehicle purchase while maximizing dealership performance and delivering an exceptional experience.

Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
Build trust by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently.
Work with lenders to secure competitive financing and approvals.
Maximize finance and product performance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Partner closely with the Sales Team to create a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

Experienced Finance Managers:

Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record of finance and product sales performance.
Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Top Sales Professionals Ready to Advance:

Proven track record of sales success and consistently strong performance.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and create lasting customer relationships.
Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and desire to grow.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn the F&I process and complete required training.
We're willing to invest in the right person and provide F&I training to help you make the transition into management.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
