The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Finance Admin to support our finance team with financial analysis, reporting, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Microsoft Excel and an interest in developing skills in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team with data entry, review, and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with routine reporting and general administrative tasks
- Support subcontractor onboarding, tracking, and invoicing
- Contribute to various finance and accounting activities as assigned
- Responsibilities may adjust based on finance and contract requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- University degree or equivalent experience
0–3 years of related work experience - Ability to work 20 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work
- Ability to learn financial systems, tools, and processes quickly
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Desired:
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Self-starter with willingness to learn new technologies and processes

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$43,500-$86,900
