Who You Are
Cherry Hill law firm is seeking to fill a full-time clerical position to join our busy practice in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an In-Person position, not remote.
What You'll Do
Duties Include:
- Maintaining file room.
- Pulling and restocking files for attorney(s).
- Opening and closing files.
- Copying and scanning documents as required.
- Posting of mail using a computerized mail system.
What You Bring
Experience:

This is an entry level position with room to grow.
- Prior office experience is required.
Skills & Education:
- Organization skills.
- High School Diploma required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related and filing tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move files, file boxes, office supplies, and other materials.
- Ability to safely handle and transport large or bulky files and file boxes as needed.
