Field Supervisor- Security 

United Security Services, Inc. is seeking to immediately hire a Security Field Supervisor for the Chicago Loop area. This is a weekend position, and the ideal candidate would be available from Fridays from 4 pm to 12 am, and Saturdays & Sundays from 12PM-12AM

Security Field Supervisor - Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 1 year security experience

· Manager experience preferred.

· Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult and hostile situations.

Field Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to assure our security guards are always at their best.

· Make daily inspections of client locations. Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.

· Provide leadership amongst 50+ security guards.

· Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.

· Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security

· Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated sites.

· Acts as a readily available resource to clients (Security Staff) in the area of operations.

· Report directly to upper management at United Security Services

· The field supervisor will be provided with a company-issued vehicle and fuel card to support the performance of their duties.

· All responsibilities are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner and in accordance with United Security Services and clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• PERC Card (Required)
