Job Description
Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking to hire a full-time Field Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be dispatched from their home, your day starts and ends in your own driveway!

Essential Job Functions:
- Effectively perform preventative maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs of both on- and off-road heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment
- Compliance with company and customer safety policies
- Capable of working safely and productively without constant supervision
- Perform DOT inspections
- Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationships
- Comply with reporting and paperwork, inspection forms and details
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Experience with hydraulic and electronic repair
- Basic computer skills
- Possess basic tool inventory
