Position Summary
Creates, tracks and oversees projects and financials for Field Service/ Resident System Support (RSS)
Departments
Responsibilities
- Oversees projects from creation to closure
- Track project costs and budget requirements
- Create invoices and complete Customer requested submission
- Set up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial support
- Provide back-up support for the Technical Support Coordinator
- Issue POs to Subcontractors for service and parts
- Cross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, SAP a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to read and decipher complex job requests
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
