Field Operations Specialist (Nashville Market)
Part Time (Primary Coverage needed daily between 5 PM-10 PM ET) · Hourly (W-2) · On-Site

You'll be employed by TalentBurst, AirGarage's Employer of Record partner, while working on-site as part of the AirGarage field team. As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground presence at one or more of our parking lots or garages- patrolling the property, verifying payment, and making sure every customer has a smooth experience.

Every specialist performs the core responsibilities below; a few additional tasks may or may not apply to you, depending on the property you're assigned to we'll always be clear about what's expected at your location(s).

What You'll Do

• Patrol: Regularly walk your assigned lot(s) or garage(s) on foot to check on parked vehicles (you won't be moving any cars).

• Multi-location coverage: Provide coverage across multiple locations within your assigned area, as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

• Scan & verify: Use AirGarage's Space Force app on your smartphone to scan license plates and verify active payment.

• Citation management: Issue citations to vehicles that haven't paid through the app, and leave a physical notice on the vehicle when needed. In some markets, you may also immobilize (boot) repeat violators.

• Customer guidance: Help customers understand how to pay, walking them through the app as needed.

Depending on Your Assigned Location
(The tasks below aren't necessarily part of every role, whether any apply to you depends on the specific lot(s) or garage(s) you're assigned to. Your manager will let you know what to expect at your location.)

• Light cleanup: Occasional light trash and litter pickup around the lot.

• Vendor coordination: Some coordination with outside vendors on maintenance needs.

• Signage assistance: Occasionally helping hang or move signage (for example, swapping A-frame graphics) at ground level.

• Flagging: At a small number of locations, helping direct traffic into the lot (particularly during events) and assisting customers with questions or pricing

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus, but not required, we'll train you on our tools and processes.

• Physical requirements: Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time, outdoors, in a working parking lot or garage environment.

• Tools: You must own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to operate our enforcement software (Space Force). Reliable transportation to and from your assigned location(s) is also required.

• Reliability: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently, without direct on-site supervision.

• Professionalism: A positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and property stakeholders.

• Legal: 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA.

Job Requirements

• Successful completion of a standard background check.

• A valid driver's license.

• Successful completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
