Field Operations - Commercial Cleaning Services

About the Role:

We're seeking a Field Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, including locations outside our home state. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and can work directly with cleaning crews and site supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality results no matter the location.

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations for commercial cleaning contracts across multiple sites, including out-of-state locations
• Travel regularly  to conduct site visits, quality control checks, and inspections
• Assist with training and supporting on-site crews and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, client contracts, and company policies
• Troubleshoot staffing, equipment, and scheduling issues in real time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients during site visits
• Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment logistics across locations
• Support new site launches, including onboarding new markets and teams
• Report on site conditions and performance to management

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in operations, facilities support, commercial cleaning, or a related service industry
• Willingness and ability to travel out of state regularly (valid driver's license required; must be comfortable with flights/overnight stays as needed)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks/priorities at once
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends for site needs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Knowledge of the bidding process, including government bids
